The Women's Ministry exists to equip Christian sisters to walk in a manner worthy of Christ through study of Scripture, prayer, and fellowship.

We support and encourage the following activities and ministries that serve the women at Desert Son: Bible studies, Book studies, Day and Weekend Retreats, Game and Craft Nights, Ladies Socials, and more.

Ladies Bible Study Series

The DSCC Women’s Ministry is excited to announce its 2026 Ladies Bible Study Series, a three-part journey centered on the spiritual depth of the book of Colossians 1:9–12. Hosted in Building A from 9:30–11:30am, these gatherings will take place on February 21st, July 18th, and November 7th, offering women a time of fellowship, a light brunch, and a deep dive into the Word.

The series begins on February 21st with an exploration into Paul’s prayer for spiritual wisdom, endurance, and joyful gratitude. If you would like to attend, visit the sign-up table on the patio after services in the weeks preceding each event.

The Book of Isaiah

Join us for the Isaiah Study, a welcoming and collaborative Bible study where women come together to explore the Book of Isaiah. This is not a traditional taught study but a shared journey of reading, discovering, and discussing Scripture as a group, using resources from the DSCC library. The study’s length is guided by the engagement and momentum of participants, allowing for a meaningful and flexible experience. We meet on campus twice a month, on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays from 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM. Come for fellowship, encouragement, and a deeper understanding of God’s Word!
