In 2026, we are building Adult Education as a focused initiative designed to strengthen your ability to disciple others. While most are familiar with our current Adult Sunday School and the community of Life Groups, Adult Education will provide supplemental, short-term courses specifically aimed at practical ministry skills and Christian living. Think of it as a Specialized Tool Kit for disciple making.
As leaders and course development come together, we will offer short classes and workshops. Plans may change; our aim does not.
In 2026, we plan to deliver six specific courses designed to help you grow in different areas of your walk:
- Stewardship & Work: Learn how to view your vocation, time, and finances under the lordship of Christ.
- Personal Evangelism: Practical training on sharing your testimony, presenting the gospel, and following up with those who are seeking.
- Teaching the Bible: A course for those who want to learn how to prepare, teach, and apply Scripture effectively to others.
- Leading Life Groups: Focused training on managing group dynamics, asking good questions, and providing spiritual follow-up.
- Deacon & Ministry Team Training: Deepening your understanding of church service, care systems, and congregational support.
- Moms Ministry Leader Training: Specialized preparation for those leading small groups within our Moms Ministry.
Learning formats:
- Core Classes (4–6 weeks): How to Read the Bible, The Storyline of Scripture, Foundations of the Faith
- Practice Labs (2–3 weeks): Prayer, Evangelism, Stewardship, Habits of Grace
- Topical Forums (1 night): Suffering and Hope, Work and Calling, Marriage and Family
Adult Education is about helping you take the "next step" in your spiritual maturity. Whether you want to be a better neighbor, a more confident Bible teacher, or a more faithful steward of your work, these courses are designed to give you the specific tools you need to honor Christ in every area of your life.
